Return & Exchange Policies
Due to the handmade nature of our flower walls, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products and will make it right if there's an issue.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@onceuponablossom.com within 14 days of receiving it. We may offer a full or partial refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping and handling fees may apply unless waived by a representative in the case of defective items.
Order Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change. Due to the handmade nature of our flower walls, here’s how we handle cancellations:
- Within 24 Hours: Full refund issued.
- After 24 Hours: 20% restocking fee applies to cover processing and allocated materials.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, as the flower wall is already in transit.
