Our flower walls are thoughtfully designed in our Queens, New York, studio. They are manufactured in small batches in Zhejiang, China, by our trusted partner with over 20 years of experience, ensuring exceptional quality and making our products accessible to everyone.

Our silk flowers are made of polyester. Each flower is manually glued to the fabric base using non-toxic glue, ensuring safety for children and pets. We also air out every flower wall for 3+ days before shipping to minimize any odors. Additionally, our materials are durable and designed to withstand everyday handling, making them both safe and long-lasting.

- Orders are processed, and production begins within 2 business days of purchase.
- Flower walls are completed within 3–7 business days.
- Shipment is fulfilled within 2 business days of completion.
2.Shipping
- Delivery takes an additional 20–30 days via ocean shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. This is because our flower walls are shipped in large packages that require a physical address for delivery. P.O. boxes cannot accommodate the size and handling requirements of our shipments.

We understand that plans can change. Due to the handmade nature of our flower walls, here’s how we handle cancellations:
- Within 48 Hours: Full refund issued.
- After 48 Hours: 20% restocking fee applies to cover processing and allocated materials.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, as the flower wall is already in transit.

Quality Guarantee: Within 7 days of delivery, if there's a quality issue with your flower wall, we'll offer a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the problem.
Since each Once Upon a Blossom flower wall is crafted with manual labor and attention to detail, we can't accept returns due to change of mind after customer receiving the product.

A refund request can be submitted within 24 hours after the purchase is made.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.

Although Once Upon a Blossom offers free shipping for outbound products (exclusions may apply), there is a shipping and handling fee for returns. Please note that larger flower walls/multiple box items will result in higher shipping and handling fees.
