Returns and Exchanges | Once Upon a Blossom


Returns & Exchanges:

Once Upon a Blossom is happy to offer returns/exchanges on eligible products (exclusions may apply*) within 15 days of the order being delivered.

Although Once Upon a Blossom offers free shipping for outbound products (exclusions may apply), there is a shipping and handling fee for returns. Please note that larger flower walls/multiple box items will result in higher shipping and handling fees.

Return Policy:

Once Upon a Blossom reserves the right to reject or apply additional fees to non-approved or non-qualified returns or exchanges. Unauthorized returns—such as those made outside the authorized time frame, items that are used, damaged, or contain unidentifiable materials—may result in a partial refund or zero refund.

Please contact us at support@onceuponablossom.com prior to initiating a return to ensure a smooth process.

Shipping and handling fees are deducted from the customers’ refund. All refunds are applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the return is received back at our facilities, the funds should appear in your account within 7-14 business days (however it may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank).

Returns for Defective Items:

We stand behind the quality of our flower walls. For returns initiated due to a reported defect, the return shipping and handling fee may be waived by an OUAB representative.

Order Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. Due to the handmade nature of our flower walls, here’s how we handle cancellations:

  • Within 24 Hours: Full refund issued.
  • 24 to 72 Hours: 20% restocking fee applies to cover processing and allocated materials.
  • After 72 Hours: 40% restocking fee applies, as your flower wall may already be in production. This fee ensures fair compensation for our team’s time and effort.
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, as the flower wall is already in transit.
