At Once Upon a Blossom, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

Free Shipping: Available within the contiguous United States.

Carrier: Most orders ship via FedEx and do not require a signature upon delivery.

Exclusions: Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/PO boxes. Please provide a valid mailing address when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by invalid addresses, including APO/PO boxes.

Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 10 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Orders are processed and production begins within 2 business days of placing your order.

Flower walls are completed within 3–7 business days of production start.

Shipment happens within 3 days of completion.

Example Timeline:

• If Emily orders a flower wall on May 1st.
• Production begins by May 3rd.
• Completion occurs by approximately May 10th.
• Shipment happens by May 13th.
• For international shipping, allow an additional 30 days for delivery. In Emily's case, her order would arrive around June 13th.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates based on our shipping partners’ schedules and may be affected by high-volume periods like the holiday season. Once Upon a Blossom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
